We’ll arrange a face-to-face meeting to thoroughly review your project and gain a comprehensive understanding of your vision. This consultation is completely free and comes with no obligations—just an opportunity for us to get to know your project inside and out.
We’ll discuss costings with you, address expectations from both the builder and the customer, and provide you with a detailed, itemised quote that reflects every aspect of your plan. Our goal is to ensure transparency and clarity at every step of the process.
Once you approve the quote, we’ll finalise your contract, which will detail timelines, payment terms, insurance, and deliverables. With the contract signed, we’ll be all set to start bringing your project to life!
This is where we turn your vision into reality. We start with surveying the land and laying the foundations, and continue through every step of the build, including landscaping and final walkthroughs. From start to finish, we work our magic to create your perfect new space.
